Staging Can Add ENERGY to a Home on the Market!
 It's amazing how vacant homes can look cold, stagnant, and void of energy.  Here's some Before & After photos of a mid-century home in Portland Oregon that we staged recently ... the smart listing broker suggested staging to the sellers, and they hired our company to stage it.
Before, the Living room looks OK, but it's hard for buyers to "feel" how the space might work for them ....

Which one of these Dining rooms would most buyers prefer to enjoy a meal in? 

A vacant Bedroom won't give buyers "feelings" of warmth -- but staged, they can imagine living here
