Barron's Magazine says Maui is a "Hot second home market".

Barron's magazine said that Hawaii home prices are stronger than most of the 2nd home market in the mainland.  Sea Island Ga. and Maui are the top two picks for 2nd homes.
They mention that Wailea, and Makena are gaining strength in the housing market.   So I would have to agree with Barron's.  Wailea/Makena market is picking up, buyers are taking advantage of the housing market.  So for more information on Wailea/Makena give me a call, or stop by our Wailea office in The Shops at Wailea.
