I recently found buyers for the two properties you see above. So, contrary to what you may have heard, homes are selling in our area.   Often a part of the reason for a sale is the internet exposure a property or agent gets. That is one of my areas of expertise and I pride myself on doing more and better internet work than most of my local colleagues. I do not rely on just the few sites that feed off of the MLS system or our company sites. I have created sites like my 4 weblogs, my unique homepage, and of course, this bulletin board page.
