Texas Bluebonnets in Bloom In Pearland
I recently read a great post by Sussie Sutton about Blue Bonnets.  I am a native Texan and I learned something new about the Blue Bonnet from Sussie.
Seeing the Blue Bonnets in bloom always makes me happy.   We were driving to Conroe this past Sunday from Pearland and I saw lots of blue bonnets on Hwy 288.   The blue bonnets signal that Spring is here and Winter is either gone or is on its way out.   I'm sure there will be many blue bonnet sightings in the near future.  I think we will take a drive towards the Navasota area soon.  Hopefully, they have had enough rain to have some beautiful wildflowers.  If you are new to Texas, make a special trip to see the blue bonnets.
