Don't Just Sit There - Hunt!

Everything I need to know about Real Estate I'm learning from my friend's cat. If I want some business, I have to go on the prowl and hunt for it. It is my food. It pays my bills. It clothes me. It satisfies my many cravings that I need to survive. Everything I have and everything I hope to have is the direct result of the hunt.
Cats are born to hunt. I am learning to hunt both physically and mentally. Hunting means survival. In the animal kingdom, it's eat or be eaten. In the Real Estate business it's eat or be eaten alive by other Realtors who have mastered the art of the hunt.
This cat has taught me that my competition is in the shadow, it creeps up behind me. I have to pay attention and read between the lines. Stay focused. If I just sit there thinking I'm on the right track that's when I'll get run over.
Cats need to be stimulated or they get bored. I need to stay stimulated and focused on business. The cat keeps their eyes open and watches, intently ... more
