Quick Tip: Electronic Lock Boxes
Yesterday, I went to a Milford CT real estate inspection with my son, who was shadowing me for the day. When I was using my Supra Key to open the lockbox, there was a really long delay. The device kept processing and wouldn't move to the next step. I also updated it before I left, so something else was up. This is a problem I've never had before with any sort of Milford CT homes for sale.
Then my son mentioned that the sun could be disrupting the infrared (IR) signal between the Supra Key and the lockbox, so he shielded both devices from the sun with his hand and EUREKA! The lockbox opened :)
Just wanted to throw that out there for future reference.
