The average price of homes sold increased 12 percent with the average in 2010 being $340,506 compared to $382,389 in 2011. 41 Cool Springs homes are currently pending, and 212 homes are currently listed as available for purchase.
 Based on current data, I can only expect sales trends to continue to improve, with number of sales and home prices in Cool Springs both on the rise.
