Pot Roast, Paid Forward A few months back Tammy Lankford posted a blog on a 'Pepsi Pot Roast' that was cooked in a crock pot.  We thought, 'sounds yummy, let's give it a try!'We did and it was delicious! We don't know what the best part about it was. Whether it was the amount of tasty gravy that it made and we used later, the tenderness of the roast or just how simple it was to make!We would have just re-blogged Tammy's post, but we didn't copy that, just the recipe. Here it is in case you want to give it a try, but please, give all the kudos to Tammy!   Pepsi (or Coke) Pot RoastPut roast that has been seasoned with salt & pepper into crock pot with 2 cans of cream of anything soup. Tammy used 1 can of cream of mushroom, and 1 can of cream of celery (both 99% fat free), 2 cans of diet coke, 1 package of Lipton onion soup mix. Stir just a little and cook for 10 hours on low or 8 hours on high. Tammy found this works well with any cut of meat. Easy right? Give it a try!   Tammy paid ... more
