Seminole Heights Home Tour (13th Annual) April 3rd

 
Sunday, April 3rd will be the 13th annual Seminole Heights Home Tour showcasing the wonderful homes in Old Seminole Heights.  The self guided tour runs from 11:30 to 5:00. Since Seminole Heights is one of the largest neighborhoods in Tampa there will be trollys available to get you around the neighborhood.  Many of the "docents" in the homes you will tour are volunteer Seminole Heights neighbors  The tour as always provides a wonderful perspective on why Seminole Heights such a terrific neighborhood.  Advance tickets for the tour are $10.00 (available at the above link).  If you wait until the day of the tour the tickets are $15.00 at the door.
For prospective home buyers come out and check out the neighborhood at historic Seminole Heights.  Many of my neighbors and my buyers have found that the neighborhood has a very different feel when you see it at the speed of a pedestrian.  Seminole Heights in one of Tampa's most affordable historic neighborhoods. So if you are in the mood for a day of discovery, education, and history, you might just find yourself right at home.
