The following chart (Source: Cendella.com) shows an amazing 92% decline in the U.S. newspaper industry’s 'Help Wanted Classified Ad' revenue from 2000 to 2010. Cendella explains that it didn't have to be this way: "Newspaper executives knew what had to be done to compete successfully in the future but were afraid to upset the people responsible for the past.
