Broward County is a great place to live, work and play. We offer great weather year round with the lows about 57 and the highs in the low 90's. Located to the North of Miami Dade County the area is growing fast. Cities like Fort Lauderdale, Weston, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hollywood and Hallandale to mention a few. Boardard on the East by the Atlantic Ocean and to the West by the EverGlades. It is one of the fastest growing Counties in Florida.
The single family market consisting of single family homes has currently 14,149 active properties on the market. Their have been 7,786 properties sell since the first of 2006. Currently their is 1,359 properties under contract waiting to close. Properties that have expired off the MLS since the first of the year is 7,157. 710 properties have been withdrawn from the market.
The other part of the single family home market consisting of condominiums, townhomes and villas. Currently their is 18,710 active properties on the market.
