Do you have a Good Buyer’s Presentation?Having a Good Buyer’s presentation is just as important as having a Great Listing Presentation. Since I work with a lot of first time home buyers in my market area, it’s very important on that first consultation visit that I am fully prepared to answer all their questions, and meet or exceed all their expectations. Therefore, I am constantly updating and adding new material to my Power Point Home Buyer’s presentation.   I have also added a Home Buyer’s guide that I always present to my clients to take home with them. This guide includes valuable information which reiterates all the topics covered during the Home Buyer’s Presentation.

It starts by addressing all their needs, dreams, concerns, questions, fiances, time and their lifestyle. This Home Buyer’s Guide is “All About them”, and meeting all their real estate needs.  The guide shows the whole home buying process from contract to close.
