A Financial Creed.
~ I will not piss off my superiors by offering up my point of view.
~ I will not talk about Politics, for fear that one of the said superiors actually would vote for Sarah Palin.
~ I will not joke around because HR is around every little corner.
~ I will not ask for what I think I'm worth because I no longer have just ME to think about.
~ I will not sleep until the dreams of a better now awaken the sweet sorrow of a nightmare from before.
I will not piss I will not talk (about Politics) I will not joke I will not ask I will not sleep There's a growing problem with this sort of Creed.  IT SUCKS!
Do you really want that person on your team?  Don't get me wrong, a walk-over is nice to have in your arsenol, however my very toilet paper is screaming neglect when it comes to this particular wave of thinking.
I'd bet that maybe you and definately I, just may stick around for Round Two.
