Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-destructive technology that allows us (Utah Infrared Inspections) to show you things about your home that no one can show you with conventional inspection methods.
If your Utah Real Estate Agent informs you of the abilities of Thermal Imaging than you've luckily found yourself an agent with your best interest in mind(vs. a commission)
Unfortunately very few agents provide their clients with contact information for Infrared Home Inspectors. After we educate new agents on the amazing benefits of infrared home inspections, only about 1/10 Agents decide to relay those benefits down to their clients. Infrared Home Inspectors are labeled "DEAL KILLERS" due to many agents thinking infrared inspectors will find TOO MUCH info concerning a home causing it to kill the deal(simply stating the truth).
Infrared Home Inspections do provide a much more in-depth inspection but there the opposite of a "deal killer".
