Over the past two months our average list price in Gillette is sitting right at $236,000 with an average sold price of $191,485 and an average days on market of 123.  New construction from $200,000-$250,000 continues to drive the market.  The upper ends homes (homes above $325,000) are lagging behind but maybe picking up as we continue into the spring market.
