Ahhh Spring... The sounds of birds chirping in the cool spring air. The eye candy of spring flowers popping up as they make their way towards the sun. Lawn Mowers buzzing and the smell of mulch wafting through the air.Ahhh  Spring...The time of year that many home sellers decide it is the time to put their homes on the market. Inventory always picks up in the spring. Heck spring has been labeled the #1 best season to sell your home in the Annapolis area real estate market. After all... with all the water around us we are a summertime kind of place.

Right now as an Annapolis Area Real Estate Listing and Buyers Agent I am very busy. And since I do not list just in one area I am scooting all over and around the Annapolis area market.
