I would like to introduce myself and thank everyone for all of the great information!
I am new to Active Rain and I am really excited about my new journey in the rain!  I am in the Ft. Myers Cape Coral area and have been in Real Estate for a total of 7 years. I am from New Orleans and moved to Florida after Hurricane Katrina.  I was in Real Estate in new Orleans for 2 years and when I moved to Florida I worked for a New Home Builder.  I decided after my children were born to get back into General Real Estate.  I have been working with a team for a while now and decided to break off on my own and now HERE I AM! 
The areas that I serve are Ft. Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. I love selling water front properties and ove working with new home buyers.  My office is in Cape Coral Florida which has 400 miles of water way and 125 miles of that, lead out to the Gulf. Due to the market, you can get Gulf Access properties starting around 200,000 and up and a lot of those properties sold for approx. 600,000 and up a few years ago.
