Palos Verdes Homes Tour
There were 35 homes on the April 12, 2011, Palos Verdes real estateBroker’s Tour.  We currently have 254 single family Palos Verdes homes for sale ranging in price from 699,000 in Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 to $12,800,000 in Rolling Hills 90274 (the low in Eastview is $569,000).  There are 81 Palos Verdes townhomes for sale priced between $185,000 and $2,495,000.  My favorite homes on tour today were:
 
Roger Vaught’s (Palos Verdes Realty) 625 Avenida Mirola, Palos Verdes Estates 90274 (above left) is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 3,375 square foot home for $1,695,000.  This stunning Monterey style residence in lower Lunada Bay was rebuilt in 2000 and features a gourmet kitchen and a master bedroom suite w/fireplace and balcony deck.   Phyllis Weitzman’s (Remax Palos Verdes Realty) 3660 Coolheights Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes 90275 (above right) is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,474 square foot home for $1,169,000.  This Mira Catalina home has fabulous ocean, cove and Catalina views, cathedral ceilings, and flagstone covered patio.
