Active Rain/Kodak Contest: What Makes A Good Sign?
They say that the color orange is the most visible color in advertising, so following that logic, every real estate sign should be orange, right?I think there is more to it than that. The shape of the sign, how it is hung, graphic design, colors and the information on a sign all play into a good sign.

Information Matters
But the BEST sign is one that has MY number on it! We still get a few deals every year from sign calls, and we want the numbers and web information to be OURS, not our company's. No offense, but who cares most about selling our listing? We do! We know more about it and we can give the most accurate, up to date info about our own listings. So a good sign for us also has our number.
Another good thing we like to have on our sign is our web site. All our listings are on our site, so Buyers can see everything they want to know.
