Thanks for Those Agents That Don't Return Calls from Prospects
A young couple found me at an open house recently and four days later called and wanted to work with me.  Two other agents ignored them, never returning their calls for help.....thank goodness!
I inherited them instead and took them out on their first showings.  After only 5 showings, they knew they had found the perfect place.  (Too easy).  All the while we had a blast working together while I educated these young first time buyers and I LOVED their sense of humor and practical joking.
The contract was radified in only four days!  And when my printer wouldn't work, my new software had kinks, they did all the running around to get the job done for me without me asking. 
The clients on the other end are just as cooperative and fun too.  Times like this being a Realtor is no where near being a job, but a shear pleasure you don't forget.
I thank those agents who didn't return their calls :)
