Catching up, catching the wave.
Ambassador was added to my title here on Active Rain in April.  I was also named "Agent of the Month" for RE/MAX New England.  Six months is way to soon to be awarded any such designation if it is also based in real estate activity.  8 Listings in the first 6 months, one of them is under a purchase and sale agreement, one is rented both deals completed within two weeks of going on the market.  The rental was above market rental, and the sale was 98% of value List to Sale Price. Each of my listings are in different areas.  City, Suburb, Small City with economic diversity differences as well.  I am also representing buyers.  I have closed a rental and have a contract to purchase signed today for a property in Weymouth.
I was certified a HAFA specialist today to help people through the short sale and deed-in-lieu process with my banking partners at Prospect Mortgage.  It makes sense for strategic partnerships to be created between agent/brokers with loan officer/mortgagor because the process is about marrying the right people to the right deal in the right way.  It makes sense to work out the kinks with a trusted partner ... more
