BAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Automated Lead Capture on Craig's List!
OK, I feel kind of like a mad scientist right now; you know, at that exact moment when you realize you have something that very few people have either because they can't afford it, or because they don't know how to develop it.  I'm about to break one of my blogging rules by talking about work too much, but last night our developers had an epiphany on how to generate crazy and very specific Leads via Craigslist.  It's amazing how small discoveries can power huge advances, and this will be no different. 
I have to admit, I'm in love with Craigslist in terms of what it does for Real Estate.  People that go on Craigslist are psychologically ready to buy, it's no frills, no ads, just the facts.  Over 50 Million people visit Craigslist each month and as far as Real Estate is concerned it's very targeted.  Rather than trying to pull general leads from Google where most people don't drill down enough to find specific Neighborhoods Craigslist gives the ability to see a variety of listings in exactly where you want to live, without all the noise.  In short, people that are looking at Real Estate on Craigslist are typically past the tire-kicking stage.  It's my belief, and nobody ... more
