Todays market with the all time low interest rates and homes priced right, makes this a FANTASTIC time to buy if you are ready.  Everyone needs a place to live and why not buy when everything is in your favor.  I believe it is an exciting time.

I recently had the good fortune of doing a presentation for a good friend here in Las Vegas.

I realized as I talked to his sales team that I was sharing with them something I hadn't shared with you folks recently ... so here's something to think about.

We are 100% in the middle of the best Real Estate market that we've had in the last 5 to 6 years ... WHY?

A) Interest rates in the U.S. are at an all time low and seem to be getting better.

B) Inventory is very low because of demand.

C) The number of new buyers in the market is at an all time high because the prices are so low.

D) The quality of sales people (I'm referring to you) is the best we've seen in years.
