There are some unbelievable bargains in the Forest Acres subdivision in Smyrna, Ga.  Smyrna is an awesome city in the suburbs of Atlanta.  The Smyrna Village Green has great restaurants. shopping, bars, pizza, and so much more!  Only 6 miles from downtown Atlanta and 8 miles from Piedmont Park, Forrest Acres is by far the best location in Smyrna.
Prices of homes for sale in Forest Acres range from the low to mid 100"s.  Amazingly, the high prices in the neighborhood of Forest Acres were well over 200K.  I know of a foreclosure in Forest Acres that recently sold for right around 100K...amazing!
Bottom line:  it is a great time to buy a home in Forest Acres!
