La Quinta Cove is HOT, HOT, HOT!
I have several clients who are seeking second homes in the La Quinta Cove neighborhood.  La Quinta Cove has so many great things going for it!  The homes are affordable ranging from under $100,000 to just under $1million. The eclectic neighborhood homes, many the popular Santa Fe style, give the La Quinta Cove it's charm!
It's proximity to Old Town La Quinta make it easy to spend an evening wining and dining at some of the local favorites... Stuft Pizza, The Grill on Main, El Ranchita, Hog's Breath Inn, and The Crab Pot, to name a few! 
Another wonderful feature of the La Quinta Cove are the mountain views!  Because the Santa Rosa mountains encircle the cove... many homes have both east and western mountain views! 
There are several trailheads for hiking that begin in the La Quinta cove... so hiking is a popular activity here. Cove Oasis Trailhead is a 114 acre natural open space area that is located at the southernmost part of the Cove.  Access to the Cove Oasis area is located on Calle Tecate.  Trails such as the Boo Hoff and Bear Creek can be accessed from the trailhead.
