In case you are wondering, here is how it happened....a couple of months ago, I was invited to do a guest appearance as a real estate expert on a local radio show here in San Diego. It is a recorded show that lasts an hour and I just totally had a ball! I mean I enjoyed every minute of it! I walked out of the studio on air and drove home on cloud nine! I was so excited that I could not get to sleep until early the next morning! Then I go on a listing appointment and I meet a gentleman that has an extensive amount, over 30 years, of experience in television and he encourages me to consider more radio appearances like the one I just did. Well, that gets my mind working, and anyone who knows me knows that can be a very powerful thing!
