Flyers-We Don't Need No Stinking Flyers
 
When this post was written the title was a bit tongue in cheek.  Yes CJ Realty Group properties have color flyers though the need for 16 pages of information have been eliminated by QR codes which can take a buyer to website with community informaion but the basics of a flyer still remain.
Our business cards have always been a huge hit with sellers and in case you missed the original post about what they are and how they are done I thought I'd share it with you again.
 
Okay that might be a stretch but if you want me to put flyers in a box outside on a post, well it's not going to happen.  One of the reason is that my custom yard signs eliminate the need for a flyer box.  So what about inside the house?  What do you need for a buyer to walk away with?To be honest I'm torn.  When an agent arrives at the home with a buyer they have already run the MLS sheet which has all of the important information on the property.  In addition our MLS allows us to upload additional documentation such as signed property disclosures, floor plans, contract instructions, ... more
