Coral Gables is located just to the west of Coconut Grove and south part of Miami. The total number of residences is 204,782 with a total number of households of 73,932. The median age is 40.19 with a median income of $59,750. The temperature is great year round ranging from a low of 58 to a high of 92 degrees.
The single family market consisting of single family homes is as follows. Their is 414 current listings on the market. Their is 226 closed sales since January 1, 2006. Their is 58 homes currently under contract and 169 properties have expired off the MLS system since the first of the year. This means in an average of six months these homes did not sell. Their have been 15 properties that have been withdrawn from the market.
The single family market consisting of condominiums, townhomes and villas is as follows. Their is 340 active listings on the market. Their have been 134 closed sales since January 1, 2006. Their is currently 28 properties under contract and 112 properties have expired off the MLS system. Their have been 3 properties withdrawn from the market by the sellers.
