How NOT to show your home for sale in Scottsdale, AZ
This morning, I had arranged to preview 3 homes for my Canadian buyers who are coming to look at homes for sale in Scottsdale, AZ.
 
Of the three homes for sale in Scottsdale, AZ, 2 were vacant and the other is owner occupied.  Per the listing instructions, I called the listing agent yesterday to schedule the showing, explaining I was just previewing and the homeowner certainly didn't need to vacate.  This very professional agent said she would call the homeowners and call me right back, which she did!!!  Big shout out to this real estate agent's promptness, professionalism and follow through.
 
When I got to the occupied home, her sellers had indeed vacated the home and left it show ready with all the lights turned on and music playing softly in the background.  It was a pleasure to view.
 
 
 
 
 
BUT............you all knew there had to be a but.............
 
The two large dogs were left outside WITH NO WATER!!!  It's going to be 109 degrees F today!!!  I was so frantic about these dogs being outside, I called the listing agent again.  She promptly called the homeowners who stated they were simply next door ... more
