Today is national bike to work day and what could be a better fit than being an active Realtor in Stapleton, one of the best biking communities in the country. Today the StapletonHomeTeam will bike to our new listing to get it on the market, go get keys made, meet a buyer, and go to see a builder, just to name a few things.
30% of Stapleton is parks and open space all of which are connected by bike paths. There are over 30 miles of bike trails in Stapleton and we connect to all of Denver's great bike system including direct routes downtown and really anywhere in and around town. We also connect directly to Sand Creek Greenway which completes a 50 mile bike route loop around and through Denver that connects, the HighLine Canal, Cherry Creek, Platte River and Sand Creek. It is an amazingly beautiful ride. As a Stapleton Realtor the bike paths are one of the premier selling points for the way this neighborhood was built.
