How Hot is HOT!!!!!!! Visit the Pepper Palace!
 
With 100 degree plus weather for most of the last month, one has to wonder why on earth we would stop at a “pepper shop.”  But! Stop we did today at this specialty Pepper Palace in sensational Olde town Spring.
 
We were on our way to pick up some trusted homeopathic remedies over at Nature's Solutions when this place caught our eye.  We are always watching for examples of good marketing, and this signage worked well.
 
Having been raised by a Cajun Chef, hot peppers are a much loved part of all my cooking and favorite dishes.  We are very familiar with the effects of peppers.
 
 
That being said, we were not really prepared for the selection of peppers in various venues that we found.  This place has walls full of various sauces, relishes, and gourmet products all featuring the hottest and not so hot peppers.  They have something for everyone from very mild to "Ultra Death."  And some really expensive, exotic stuff in a hermetically sealed container up by the register  that the owner said a silly little drop might just be too much even in a BIG pot.
