COLES CROSSING SOLDS FOR THE JUNE 2011
This year has been a record breaking year in Coles Crossing!! 
 
"Record breaking in what way??" you may ask! 
 
 


 
Well, a home in the gated section of Coles Crossing SOLD for the highest-recorded price ever this month (June 2011) , while two months ago (April 2011), the lowest priced home on MLS record closed in Coles Crossing! 
Well, on to our market report! There were nine homes which sold in Coles Crossing this past month.  Prices ranged from $159,250 all the way up to $880,000.  Coles Crossing buyers this month seem to be on the conservative side, with 3 CASH buyers, 4 utilizing CONVENTIONAL financing, and two buyers going with an FHA loan. 
Average price/sq. ft. was $88.40 for those not in the gated-section.  The one home in the gated section sold for $120.91/sq. ft.  The more expensive homes had above average upgrades.  I would be happy to elaborate on that if you are curious what those upgrades include!  Just call/email me!
The average number of days on the market was 36.  That is amazingly fast, and hopefully that trend will continue!
