Phuket (Phoo-Get) Thai restaurant is another fine restaurant in the Village of Providence, Huntsville Alabama.  Phuket offers all the traditional Thai dishes such as Shrimp Curry, Panang Beef Curry, Roasted Duck Curry and House Specialties; Grilled Rib Eye, Spicy Beef Andaman Seafood Madness and so much more.  There's also an extensive appetizer menu as well as as Wasabi Bar Sushi.  A variety of soups are available, but my favorite's have always been Spicy Coconut or Miso.  In my opinion, the Spicy Coconut is a little sweet, but is still very good.  Vegetarian dishs are also available.
On the menu at lunch for me today was a cup of Spicy Coconut Soup and Chicken Teriyaki, both were very good.  The bill was a reasonable $8.63 plus tip.  The only warning I have when ordering is to be careful about what heat level you ask for:  Medium, hot or Thai Hot.  The restaurant got a new supply of peppers in a couple of weeks ago that was a lot hotter than usual and the chefs have been trying to adjust for that.  I like hot spicy food and can take the heat, but ordering the ... more
