Chinese Dry Wall Pasco County Florida
Where o where are the Chinese dry wall homes?
They are in some of the 2003-2008 built homes certainly.  There are a lot of them in south west Florida, Cape Coral, I am told is especially bad.
A contact of mine says the Florida Home Builders Association believes that most of the Chinese dry wall is from north of Orlando and south.
We in Pasco county have seen Chinese Drywall.  I can verify comments on MLS on about 30 homes that have or have had Chinese Dry wall.   I know of 2 homes that sold on the court house steps that had Chinese Drywall. 
You just don't know if a home has Chinese Drywall unless you do an inspection.
There is no question.  There has never been a time when purchasing a home that it was so important to have a home inspection and now a home inspection must include determining the presence of Chinese Drywall.
Many people have health issues when living in a Chinese drywall home.  The appliances and air conditioning deteriorates, the edges of mirrors darken, the wiring turns black.
