REAL ESTATE RECOVERY IN EMERYVILLE, CA CONDO MARKET REPORT  The condo market in Emeryville at the end of June 2011 is better than the market was a year ago.  There were 15 units sold in June 2011, versus June 2010 when only 11 units were sold.  Based on the statistics below, the Emeryville Condo Market looks to be on its way to a recovery.
 
Pending condos statistics are even better.  In June 2010, only 9 units were under contract, while in June 2011 there were 16 units under contract.  
 

 
While the average days on the market have increased in June 2010 and June 2011 from 33 to 55 days, the months supply of inventory fell from almost 7 months to less than 3 months.
