What time of the day are you most productive?
I have always been a morning person. I like to wake up early and after I have my first cup of coffee, I am set to go. By 5 PM, I am ready to wind down and relax. Once I have my dinner and lay down on the couch about 8PM, I am done with work and thoughts of work.
I feel in the morning I have more energy. I feel my mind is clearer. I feel I have had less come to me so I have a happier, cherrier attitude. I feel organized. I feel empowered.
I also get a lot of calls close to 5 PM each day. I keep thinking that that must mean there are alot of people who function well later in the day.
