Hampton roads has been HOT
Im not sure where you are in the state but Im in Hampton Roads and man has it been HOT here. I have spent more time inside then at my own pool. How is your summer going ? Are you househunting ? I actaully think buyer traffic has slowed down just because is so darn hot.
