Here is the weekly market statistics for single family homes in the city of St Louis (areas 1,2,3) for the past 7 days.  These stats were gathered from the local multiple listing service:
There were 116 new Active listings on the market, with list prices from $18,900 to $940,000.
There were 33 listings that went under contract (Contingent/option) with list prices ranging from $59,900 to $1,399,000.
59 listings went Pending, with list prices ranging from $29,900 to $439,900.
35 listings Sold, with sold prices ranging from $24,000 to $349,900.
79 listings Expired, with list prices ranging from $14,900 to $669,900.
And 48 listings were Withdrawn/Cancelled, with list prices ranging from $13,000 to 1,250,000.
