Real Estate is Universal...traveling across cultural boundaries.
The need for a home lives within the heart of us all. The desire to create your own home, traditions, and memories is universal.
Several months ago while holding an Open House I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful family. With smiles and shared enjoyment  we connected while I was giving them a tour of the home even though neither parent spoke English.  I primarily spoke with the adult children but shared smiles and hand signals with their parents.
I completed my follow-up and remained in touch with the family through the daughter. I did not pressure them because that is not my style, I but offered my services if they would like my assistance. After several email exchanges they called me to meet with them.
We began visitings homes, slowly but surely narrowing their focus. As we toured several homes I learned much about the family, their history and their desires. Slowly we began to build a bound.
