Sell Right and Buy Now!
The only thing that is more frustrating than finding the perfect home for a buyer and helping them make the perfect market value price offer, knowing they would even move a bit...a bit...just a bit above and having the seller be unrealistic in this market place that you can't put the deal together.....is a seller you represent that doesn't listen to what the market is telling them...let alone you...and they continue to follow the market down.  
Today we all know that we must stay positive and be so for all our clients as well as our friends and family.  We must expect the best but we have to be realistic about the world we live in today.  My personal, professional advice to sellers is...if you are serious to sell before prices take another turn down price aggressively today.....to buyers if you really love the property and plan to make this your home for a good long time buy it now while the interest rates are at an all time low.
