What an anti-climax!
Happy Friday AR friends! This is a good post that I wanted to share with you. I think we have all had to deal with buyers not being able to see properties that they like becuase of sellers not making their home available.
I have a client who has wanted to see a home that was on the market but was not available to see. Every time it showed active and I tried to make an appointment I was told it was not available for showing. It has happened a lot recently on several other showings. Sellers have only specific times they want their house shown and I have written about this before but the point I want to make today is that when you can't have something you build it up in your own mind and it becomes something you think you must have.
We eventually got in to to see this home, it was a nice home, but it was an anti-climax, it was not what my buyers thought it was going to be, yes it certainly had some wonderful features, very rich furnishings, some stunning views out over open land, a wonderful deck etc. But I think my buyers had ... more
