Hurricanes Teach Us Lessons About The Uncontrollables
I have always loved hurricanes as a weather event. Having grown up in Florida and lived in Texas I have seen and felt a lot of them. They are a little more FORMAL entering our lives with satellite, radar, and hurricane hunter planes. Unlike tornadoes that just drop out of the sky hurricanes inch up on you and then you have to deal with them. They can be unpredictable in their path for sure and I have seen them even do U-turns out in the Atlantic.
I hope all are safe with Irene's battering of the East Coast and remnants of the storm in its aftermath. But
