Texas Rocks with Freshwater and Saltwater FishingYes, Texas has always been a very nice place to go fishing in both freshwater and saltwater.  During my childhood years, we used to look forward to going to a nearby lake to catch catfish and trout. But going all the way to Corpus Christi to fish on that coast for saltwater drum or bass was even better.  I sort of miss all those fishing trips we used to make back in the early 90s when I first retired from the service. It looks like it's time to get recharged back up and pull out the old fishing poles and plan another trip to the coast.If you do enjoy fishing in the Great state of Texas, you need to know that there are Fishing Bag and Length Limits on what you catch. You are also required to have a fishing license too. I want to share the fishing bag and length limits with those who are planning to do some fishing in the State of Texas sometime soon.
