         12 Narragansett homes have been sold in August 2011:
                   1 home sold for over $1million (waterfront Narragansett home)
                    4 homes sold over $400,000                     5 homes sold for between $300,000-$400,000                    2 homes sold for under $300,000   
 There were 243 Narragansett homes for sale in August 2011 which was a 5 % increase over July (12 additional homes for sale).  Certainly the choices of homes in all price ranges are there for interested buyers.  In the higher priced homes over $1 million, the Narragansett home inventory is at 39.
