Yes, my seller of 7792 Dittmer Rd. is so happy to have accepted and closed a CASH offer on the house!  I, too, was elated to close this deal. 
Congratulations to the new buyer.  Apparently the garage was a big part of the reason he purchased this home.  The garage did have nice flooring.
