This quote comes from Melanie Ross, an established and well-respected Benicia Realtor.  Her comment was in response to a previous blog I wrote, also using a quote as a title "You rented out my clients new rental home so fast that they are buying another one." In that blog I wrote how Property Managers and Realtors can work together to form a successful team.  Melanie's generous quote helps to prove my message as true.
