Mayor's Youth Task Force, Rockville Centre NY
The Mayor's Youth Task Force in Rockville Centre NY is a volunteer community service program open to Rockville Centre NY residents in the 7th through the 12th grades.
 
Volunteers will commit to giving 36 hours a year to various activitiies that maintain, beautify and improve the Village, such as cleaning up in the downtown business district and on the playing fields weekend mornings, planting and weeding designated areas, coordinating food drives and providing after school tutoring and mentoring among others.
 
Each volunteer will receive a certificate from Mayor Murray upon completion of the required 36 hours of service.
