Ha Ha our Offer Beat Your Offer!! A Sunset Beach Home has been on the market for quite a while. We watched as it went into short sale status. No offers. We watched as it went into foreclosure status. What really gets my goat, this really irks me, sorry,  is waiting to see who will get the listing....you see the listing is sent to the world of "we never know who will get the listing" We watch and wait....to see who will list the home in Sunset Beach
The real estate company who obtains the listing is based in the South Carolina Multiple Listing Service but the home is in North Carolina?? The listing is never going to show up in the North Carolina Multiple Listing Service..... If you can't quite figure this out, let me explain. First of all, what is the  advantage of listing a home in the  South Carolina Multiple Listing Service, if the home is in North Carolina?? Ummmm.... no one looking in the South Carolina Multiple Listing Service for a North Carolina Sunset Beach Home?? Do you see what we mean?? Argh!!!
