North Kingstown RI Neighborhoods - Explore Polo Woods.  Receiving a customer call last week about this North Kingstown neighborhood, Polo Woods, off of Shermantown Road surprised me.  Actually I was about to call the buyer and let him know that I had uploaded a  Youtube video on Polo Woods so he could have a visual of this plat from afar.   See this buyer lives in Florida and thinking of moving back to North Kingstown.  

A smaller less populated neighborhood then its nearby neighborhood brothers such as Slocum Woods or Quail Hollow.  Polo Woods, it has a warm neighborhood cul de sac feel about it.  Homes in Polo Woods tend to be on about a half acre of land and are of colonial design.  You will find manicured yards, flower gardens and a basketball hoop here and there along a driveway.  And yes, one and two car garages are the norm here.

The homes in Polo Woods may have granite kitchens, central air, at least 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  Living space will be about 2000 square feet but with most with finished basements add more living space to the house mix.  This North Kingstown neighborhood was built in the late 1990′s ... more
