TBWS Daily - 9/26/2011
Good Morning…Here is today’s report from the Think Big Work Small Guys. The boys have substitutes today who are talking about USDA Loans.  Usually in the fall USDA runs out of money for their loans, they continue to write loans but with Conditional Commitments for funding.  They have announced they will not be issuing Additional Commitments this year until funding is restored. Like the boys are saying "what do they know that we don't?"
We use these loans in our area, so this is going to limit (again) our buyer's ability to get loans.
